General Product Warranty
1. Warranty Period
TechNexion manufactures Products that are new or equivalent to new in accordance with industry standard. TechNexion warrants that Products will be free from defect in material and workmanship for 12/18/24 months (depend on the product lines) beginning on the date of invoice by TechNexion.
2. Warranty Coverage
2.1 This warranty does not apply to any Products that have been repaired or altered by other than TechNexion authorized service person or, which have been subjected to misuse, abuse, accident, or improper installation. TechNexion assumes no liability as a consequence of such events under the terms of this warranty.
2.2 This warranty does not cover the damage due to the shipping of the Products and external causes, including accident, abuse, misuse, problems with electrical power, usage not in accordance with product instruction, and problems caused by use of parts and components not supplied by TechNexion upon request.
2.3 This warranty does not cover any items that are in one or more of the following categories:
a. Software and/or device drivers,
b. External devices,
c. Accessories or parts added to Products after the Products shipped from TechNexion and, Accessories, or parts that are not installed in the TechNexion factory.
3. Product Repair
3.1 TechNexion will repair the defective Products covered under this limited warranty that are returned to TechNexion. If the Products ever do prove defective, they will be repaired at no charge during the warranty period and at repair charges for out of the warranty.
3.2 Products are treated as out of warranty in the following conditions:
a. Out of the warranted 24 months period,
b. It has been repaired or altered by other than TechNexion authorized service person, or which have been subjected to misuse, abuse, accident, or improper installation.
3.3 TechNexion owns all parts removed from repaired Products.
3.4 TechNexion will use parts made by various manufacturers in performing the repair.
3.5 The repaired Products will be warranted subjected to the original warranty only.
3.6 TechNexion reserves the right to charge a "No Fault Found" fee for Products returned as defective where no fault could be found by TechNexion.
3.7 TechNexion shall enclose a repair report listing the repair detail and the problem-analysis for reference after the defective Products repaired and sent back to the Customers.
3.8 Beside the above, Customers will agree that an independent third party assigned by TechNexion may repair the Products covered under this limited warranty.
4. RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)
4.1 Customer shall enclose the "TechNexion RMA Service Form" with the returned packages.
4.2 Customers must collect all the information about the problems encountered and note anything abnormal or, print out any on-screen messages, describe the problems on the “TechNexion RMA Service Form” for the RMA Number apply process.
4.3 Customers could send back the faulty Products with or, without accessories (manuals, cable, etc.) and any unnecessary components from the card, such as CPU and DRAM. If the components were suspected as part of the problems, please note clearly that which components are included. Otherwise, TechNexion is not responsible for the devices/parts.
4.4 Customers held the responsibility to ensure that the packages of defective Products are durable enough to be resistant against further damage and deterioration during transportation. In case of damages occurred during the transportation, the repair is treated as “Out of Warranty”.
4.5 Any Products returned by TechNexion to other location beside the Customers' site will bear extra charge and should be credited to the Customers.
